At the conference, a list of the conference participants was available to those present, which - although it was a Zoom event - allowed for mutual exchange. Unfortunately, the list cannot be published here for reasons of privacy.

The conference offered various opportunities for mutual exchange, which was very well received. In all plenary sessions, questions could be put to the speakers via chat. A selection of these questions was introduced into the discussion by the co-chair. In addition, there were numerous discussion rooms on the conference platform where moderated group discussions on selected topics took place and where participants could also meet and exchange ideas during the breaks and in the evening.

The Howspace program, which was set up by the company con gressa (Berlin) for the needs of the conference and maintained during the conference, served as the conference platform. In addition to the plenary room and the discussion rooms, the platform offered a library, an exhibition room, a film room, a room for excursions and the opportunity to take a walk in the Herrenhäusergärten in Hanover. In all rooms, participants were able to post their own contributions and information via chat.
