Round Table
Reused churches in Hannover
Architects and users of five church buildings in Hannover, which are now used as a synagogue, a student residence, a columbarium, a concert hall as well as a church and a community centre, present in this Round table their buildings: Christuskirche (Hannover-Nordstadt), Etz Chaim - Liberale Jüdische Gemeinde (Hannover-Stöcken), Melanchthonkirche (Hannover-Bult), Kirche Hl. Herz Jesu (Hannover-Misburg), former Gerhard Uhlhorn Church, now a student residence (Hanover-Linden).
If the 2020 conference had taken place under normal conditions on site in Hanover, the five newly used churches would have been visited as part of an excursion. The publication, which can be downloaded here, was created for this purpose.
